Just hit the 7-month mark on semaglutide and I'm down 76 pounds! It's been a crazy ride. I went from a size 18 to a size 0! Getting a tummy tuck next January to deal with some leftover...stuff. But overall, super happy with how far I've come!

Incredible! It's like you unleashed a new person. Congrats! Thanks for sharing your progress and the pics. You're killing it!

That's truly amazing. Losing 76 lbs at 4'11 is a huge accomplishment. Going from an 18 to a 0 is unreal, but what's even better is how happy you seem. You earned this. Best of luck with the tummy tuck and enjoy the next part of your journey.

I hear you about that extra skin. I'm down about 130 from my highest, and while I feel great, there's definitely some...remnants. Considering surgery myself, but it's a big decision.

Totally agree with A1C_Survivor about the skin thing. I'm down a significant amount myself, and while the health benefits are incredible, dealing with the extra skin is a real thing. Thinking about options too.

I can relate to the rollercoaster feeling! I've lost about 200 pounds myself and I can't imagine stopping, even though my doctor suggests maintaining. This has become a part of my life, and I feel great! It's my body, my choice!

That's a really interesting point. It's important to listen to your body, but also to be mindful of professional medical advice. Are you monitoring your health markers closely? It is your choice, of course, but health should come first.
