Down 76lbs! Finally under 200!

Been taking semaglutide since March '24 and I'm finally in the double digits! Haven't weighed less than 200lbs in a decade. I'm 5'8" and started at 275. My hoodies were SNUG. I was squeezing into a size 20-22 in pants and a 2x-3x in tops. Now I'm rocking size 14 jeans and a large shirt. It was a little frustrating losing only about 6lbs per month, but it's definitely added up and been sooo worth it.

My goal is 165! Almost there!

That's awesome! Huge congratulations on your progress!

Hope you don't mind me asking... We have similar body types and starting weights. I know everyone's different, but has your skin mostly bounced back?

Great job, you look fantastic! So proud of your success. I'm only in week two but already down 6lbs; about 50 more to go.

Looking great! I have a question, what does your diet and exercise look like? I've been on this since December and lost around 20lbs, but my diet isn't great, and I almost never exercise. I'm trying to see the full picture when I see amazing transformations like this after a year!

That's a tough one! It's still... a work in progress, lol. I'm hoping it'll improve more as I get closer to my goal weight. I've been using a firming lotion, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it's making!

Diet is key! I found focusing on protein and fiber helps a lot with feeling full and keeping things moving. I also try to get even a little bit of walking in each day, even if it's just around the block.

I'm so encouraged by seeing this! I just started, hoping it helps me shift some pounds. I have a hard time working out cause of my back, so I'm hoping this gives me a boost!

It's definitely still possible to lose weight even if you can't work out a ton! Lots of people have success just focusing on the diet side of things. Good luck!
