Down 77 pounds in 7 months!

I've lost about a pound of muscle and 77 pounds of fat, but gained a pound of bone mass. Still aiming to drop another 22 pounds. 10mg seemed to have the fewest bad effects for me, but it was also the slowest. I'm still shedding about two pounds of fat a week while adding roughly a pound of muscle. After reaching my goal weight of around 158 lbs, I started hitting the gym 3 times a week, focusing on my core, deltoids, and glutes. I'm not super strict about what I eat, as long as I'm burning more than I consume, but I have completely cut out certain carbs. So many other health benefits too! Sleeping better, less stressed, happier, arthritis and that nerve pain in my leg is gone, and my liver and blood sugar are back to normal. My favorite thing is being able to fit into clothes I haven't worn in ages, and being called stylish at work. I'm not sure if it's taking away from the weight loss or highlighting it, haha!

When did you first start seeing results? I've been on the lowest dose for a month and am about to increase it. I lost six pounds the first week, and nothing since.

That's amazing! Are you feeling healthier overall? That's really the most important part. 😘

10mg hasn't been the best at weight loss for me. Honestly, I'm not sure what to think. I've been gaining and losing the same couple of pounds for the last three weeks. I'm so over it. I'm just going to finish this pen and then titrate up. Hopefully 12.5mg will be better.

I'm also worried about losing muscle mass. I've only been on this for a couple of months. I've dropped about 20 pounds and am worried a lot of that is muscle. I'm trying to eat more protein and get to the gym three times a week to try and keep it. What are you all doing to protect your muscles?

You're right to be concerned about muscle loss. The best way to prevent it is to lift heavy weights and eat a high protein diet. Aim for at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
