Down 8 stone! Feeling amazing!

On ozempic for a few months now, started 0.25 and got extreme bloating at every dose. Now at 0.5 and the bloating + constipation was brutal. Tried everything people suggest—magnesium, fiber, psyllium husk—only the fiber helped a bit. My body felt so swollen, hard to look in the mirror. Started taking glutathione and C for skin and it actually cleared up the bloating somehow.

I'm worried the cravings and water weight might be too much for my smaller dose. Does anyone feel different during that time? How did you bounce back after?

Stay at each new dose for at least four weeks — that's how long peak levels actually build. The first four weeks you see the dose climbing higher each injection. Going up during that window defeats the point. Some folks don't feel anything until they're already higher up the ladder.

food noise came back for me on 5mg mid-week. switched my shot to fridays and added a 500mcg bump tuesday, really helps keep levels more stable instead of spiking and dropping off. might bump that tuesday dose to 1mg if needed. keeps things more even than just doing one dose a week.

what do dexa scans tell people that matters? i'm planning to get one at a certain weight to figure out when to shift to maintenance, but curious what others look for.

works for some, not everyone. it's topical so not much gets deep enough to grow anything real. I'm in a natural breast growth group and went from an a to a c with supplements and cupping before I found peptides. had crazy results with that route.

that's fantastic work! was on semaglutide for three months, lost about 23 pounds, but the cost became impossible to manage. found a more affordable option overseas and picked it back up - two weeks in now and already down another three pounds. feels good to be back on it.

great progress! i was using semaglutide for a few months and dropped 23 pounds before stopping due to cost. switched to a compounded version which has been more manageable financially. been back on it for two weeks now and the weight's coming off again - another three pounds so far.

incredible transformation! i was on semaglutide for about three months and managed to lose 23 pounds before the expense forced me off. recently got back on with a more affordable source and in just two weeks i'm already down three more. your determination is inspiring.
