Can't believe I'm down around 85 pounds. Still have another 40-ish to go to reach my initial target. Never thought this was possible, especially with the PCOS battle. It's like looking at a different person in photos. My face is so much thinner now.

Top pic is me today. Bottom pic is back when I was at my heaviest, around 315.

I'm just so much happier and more comfortable now. I'm running, weightlifting, all sorts of things I never could before. PCOS is still there, but way more manageable.

This medication has been a game changer. Wish I'd started sooner. Maybe, just maybe, I'll finally be able to have kids someday. That's the dream. 💕💕💕

That's fantastic! And wow, your skin looks amazing! I really hope your dreams of having a baby come true! Keep up the amazing work!

I also have PCOS. I'm past the age for having children (I'm 51), but I truly hope you get the chance to become a mom! Sending lots of love and support. 🥰🌺💜🫂

Congrats on the weight loss! And yeah, your skin is incredible! How much water do you drink in a day? Sending you good vibes for your baby journey!

You look great in both pictures! Way to go! It's amazing to feel the difference, isn't it? Like you didn't even realize how bad you felt before. Happy Holidays! 🎄🎁

This is so me! I'm also down about 85 lbs, with roughly 40 more to go. Go us!

We had twin girls via surrogate because my husband had issues. It took 8 rounds of IVF and 5 years. Whew! Now we have 2.5-year-old girls.

I actually got pregnant naturally a while back. I think the medication helped make it happen. But we chose not to proceed due to my husband's DNA fragmentation thing as it was likely to end in a loss. I felt like my body had been through enough.

I'm at peace with that decision. Just grateful for my girls. I wish you all the best!

It's amazing how much more confident you feel after losing a significant amount of weight. I've noticed some colleagues who haven't seen me in a while look surprised, but they don't always say anything. I think some people are afraid to comment on weight loss in case they offend someone or they've been sick. Sometimes if I bring it up first, they feel more comfortable talking about it.

I'm just starting out on this journey. I'm down about 15 pounds, and people are already commenting on my face! It's encouraging, but I know I have a long road ahead.
