Starting at 249lbs, I'm now down to 166! My goal is 139. I'm 5'5".
I've been following this forum for ages, inspired by all the amazing transformations. It's helped me stay motivated, especially during slow weeks. I started with one medication, but switched to another when it became available here. I'd gotten back up to 218lbs after a break and, unfortunately, suffered a back fracture making gym visits difficult. My doctor insists I start lifting weights 3 times a week to combat muscle loss. Honestly, I still feel "large" and struggle with the idea of gaining muscle instead of just losing weight. It's a mental hurdle I need to overcome.
So, I'm finally sharing some before-and-after pics (a HUGE step for me!). Hoping my journey can inspire others as much as I've been inspired here. The photos are in order, ending with last week's (the ones in orange).
