Lots of talk 'bout bad reactions, but luckily I haven't had many issues. My diet is totally different now. Maybe that's why I'm doing okay. Planning to get back to some cardio, maybe jogging. My weight was holding me back after my surgeries, but no more! 🙌

I had to quit after 2 years of throwing up. But gotta admit, it really helped me drop pounds. Even tho I was throwing up daily for 2 years, like at least once a day. But I managed to lose 150 pounds and got rid of my diabetes. Now I'm trying to stay healthy without it. Still losing weight, but the hunger is real. I'm one month without barfing!

How did you change your eating habits? What kind of meals did you eat? My problem is I don't ever really feel like eating, on or off the meds. 😕 I know I'm missing something 'cause I'm not losing weight.

I focus on protein and veggies, and I try to stay away from processed stuff as much as possible. Sometimes I'll have a protein shake if I'm not hungry but know I need to eat something.

It's so inspiring to see everyone doing so well! I've dropped about 50 pounds this year, since starting in January. I track everything I eat, and I strength train three times a week, plus some yoga or aerobics once or twice. I also do 16:8 intermittent fasting most days. Anyone else experience the dreaded "face" from the weight loss?

I've heard about that! It's the loss of fat in the face, right? Congrats on your progress so far! I'm trying to reduce body fat also. I lost 25kg, but my body fat is still around 40%.

Wow, 200+ lbs lost is amazing! I'm still struggling with the hunger. Any tips on calorie counting? I'm scared of restricting too much and messing up my metabolism.
