OK, so the mirror isn't perfect, and my cat is ALWAYS in the way, but I've officially broken the 85-pound loss mark! Celebrated by treating myself to some fresh finds at Target. Everything fits SO much better now. Both of the after shots are from today.

Congrats! For those of you just starting out, it's important to remember that different medications work differently for different people. Some studies, for instance, suggest that tirzepatide might be even more effective than semaglutide for some people, but it might also come with more side effects.

I've heard from some people that changing your injection site can help if you stall out for a bit. Something about absorption rates or whatever. I don't know the science, but I heard rotating can help shake things up if weight loss plateaus.
