Down 85lbs! Maintaining... tips?

Hey everyone! Want to share my journey from summer '23 to summer '24. Now trying to keep it off. I tend to fluctuate 5-8 lbs, it's a constant battle!

Stopped the meds around Fall 2024, at the highest dose. Snapped a pic in my holiday dress to show the progress (it's blue!).

What are your go-to tactics for maintaining? I usually skip breakfast, eat low carb, and focus on protein and fiber. I still enjoy a small soda a few times a week, it's my weakness. I could be better about exercising, especially now that it's cold. I try for a brisk walk, 20 mins or so, every day.

Any helpful supplements, or other ideas to keep me on track?

I'm down 60 pounds since January. I'm getting married soon and I went to try on my dress and it was too big! I was happy to see the progress but now I need to pay $$$ to alter it! My sister said my face was too round in the old pics... ugh

I started my meds in early '23 and it's been a crazy journey. I've lost over 120 pounds. I'm still not at my goal, but hoping to get there eventually. The biggest thing is I don't obsess about food all the time anymore.
