Hi everyone! I started my journey weighing 376 pounds, and I'm so happy to share that I'm now at about 290. It's really changed my world. I'm not done yet, still got more to lose, but I just had to post a little before and after for some encouragement.

I started at 380 and I've been stuck at like 303 for over a month now. I started around March of '25. When did you get started?

Plateaus are THE WORST! I tend to change up my exercise routine and that usually helps push through. Don't give up!

For anyone looking for some light exercise, I really like these arm workouts. I'm 62, so nothing too hard!

They only take about 10-15 minutes, so it's easy to fit them in if your schedule is busy. And they are standing so easy on your joints.

I bought some light dumbells on Amazon to use. Start really slow with the low weights and then make them heavier when you feel the exercise gets easy. I started around 3lb and now use 6lb.

Wonderful progress! Seeing posts like these really keeps me going. I've lost about 100 pounds, and I am really starting to see the difference in candid photos my spouse takes. That's a victory by itself!
