Down 90 lbs...celebrating!

Hit a milestone! Lost about 45 pounds in the first half-year, then another 45 over the next couple of years. To celebrate, I held a pair of 45-pound plates at the gym during my workout with my husband. I've been maintaining around 145 for a year now, just taking a low dose every couple of weeks, but I've actually lost another 7 pounds recently. Super happy to be down 90 pounds total!

I'm so inspired by your journey! Thanks for sharing your maintenance experience. Starting out is a bit confusing, especially the maintenance phase.

Congratulations! Your journey is incredibly inspiring. Your story stands out because you've maintained your weight loss for so long on such a low, infrequent dose. The joy on your face says it all. Thank you!

You're doing all the right things! Staying consistent with your GLP-1 med and incorporating weight training (I'm guessing).

You're amazing! Could you share your starting weight/stats vs. your current weight/stats, and what dose you started with? Also, how has your experience been? You look so strong, it must feel great. I started weight training (plus some cardio) back in February, and feeling stronger is so rewarding.

Major congrats, that's life-changing! I get my meds through a telehealth provider, and stories like this make the tough weeks worth it.

I'm also super curious about this! I'm 5'3", started at 195 and have been a chronic dieter all my life. I'm down about 30lbs after about 10 months. Glad you're feeling so great!

Sure thing! I started at 220 and am now around 130, so a 90 lb total loss. Started on the lowest dose and gradually increased until I felt the appetite suppression. Now I'm on a super low maintenance dose.

I am so tired all the time since starting. I hope it gets better! I used to enjoy hiking and yoga, but now I have no energy for anything. Is this normal?
