I went from around 234 to 144. My next goal is 140. I haven't been taking sema since January when I lost my insurance. I've managed to drop about 8 pounds since then, just watching what I eat.

That's incredible! I'm really looking forward to wearing dresses like that later. And throwing out all my old bras.

That's a huge amount of weight to lose! I'm using a telehealth provider and seeing results like this keeps me going.

That's super inspiring! I just had my first injection last night. Still in bed feeling a bit anxious about how I'll feel today. I messed up the instructions and took the whole dose instead of splitting it. I'd love to know more about lifestyle changes or dietary ideas for losing some weight. Is there a Reddit group for meal planning? What was your starting weight?

That's dedication! Keeping it going even without the meds is the real victory.

I mostly focused on portion control and cutting out sugary drinks. I didn't follow any specific diet, just tried to be more mindful of what I was eating. As for support groups, I'm sure there are plenty on Reddit!

Wow, that progress is far from subtle, I can totally see it! Comparing photos is so useful, sometimes it's hard to notice changes until you put them side-by-side.
