Down 90lbs! Beyond happy!

Wow, congrats on the huge loss! Seeing these transformations is super inspiring. For those of us still working on it, any tips you can share that really moved the needle? Maybe one food swap or habit change?

Thanks everyone! I'm so happy to be where I am. Lab_Lurker, one thing that really helped me was increasing my protein intake. I try to have protein with every meal, which helps keep me full and reduces cravings.

I am right there with you FiberLife216! I'm about 14 months into my journey and over 140lbs shed. It still feels surreal. I hope everyone else is experiencing the same surprise!

That's AMAZING! What was your starting dose and how long did it take you to get to your current dose?

Less effective for diabetics overall, yeah. But I've had plateaus where I'd bounce 4-5 lbs for weeks with no new lows, then suddenly my body would be ready to drop more. Just kept going and eventually hit new numbers every time. The graph proves it.
