love that—'normal around food'. just did my second shot today and that's exactly it. no more 'better eat this now before it's gone' panic. a friend on this med said her coworker brought cookies, took one, gave half to someone else, and it didn't even register. just handed it over without all the noise in her head.

Yeah, this makes attempt number four or five at losing a real chunk of weight. Calorie counting's always worked for me personally. Mounjaro just strips out the extra cravings entirely, makes the whole process dramatically easier.

That's just how my body operates. Got multiple autoimmune conditions and meds for them that've definitely shaped how weight comes off for me. Believe whatever suits you, though I trust my own numbers, 165 pounds gone since I started mounjaro, so I'm sticking with exactly what's working.
