Anyone relate to this feeling?

I finally feel like MYSELF. Never felt this way before. It took about half a year in maintenance, staying roughly the same weight, to really sink in. I've never been this size as an adult, and never for more than a couple weeks even when I was smaller.

I'm so grateful to finally feel healthy and not at war with myself. I'm doing 5-8 hours of exercise, and I LOVE it. I never want to lose this feeling of ease!

Keep going, everyone still working towards their goals! Exercise is worth it! [HEART EMOJI]

Happy Tuesday, everyone! [SPARKLE EMOJI]

Absolutely! I understand exactly what you mean. I'm finally myself.

I run or lift weights 6 days a week, enter fun runs, and smile almost constantly because I feel privileged to be able to do things I always thought were impossible.

It's the best investment I've ever made in myself.

You look wonderful – so feminine, confident, and comfortable!

I'm so happy for you! It's inspiring to me and others who are just starting out or feeling discouraged. Seeing posts like yours helps remind us that it's a process, and even small steps forward make a difference.

How long did the whole process take?
I'm curious, too! What was your dosage like over time?

That is an incredible weight loss! Amazing work.

I'm working on getting there myself. I'm curious, what did a typical day of food look like for you? Did you incorporate any strength training, or mostly cardio?

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Getting here was a journey for sure. To answer some questions:

Yuki2003: It took me about 18 months total to lose the weight, and then another 6 months to stabilize in maintenance.

Bobby2005: My diet is pretty normal now, just smaller portions. Lots of protein and veggies. I do mostly cardio, but I'm trying to incorporate more weight lifting.
