Well, this is me now. Eighty-some pounds gone, and honestly, I'd do it all over again. People wanna know if this'll happen to them. More than likely, yeah.

I've dropped 125 lbs, and my gut and backside look like a crumpled old dog. But would I change it? Nope. Healthier and happier, even if I'm not gonna win any beauty contests naked.

I'm expecting my stomach to look like that. Shapewear exists for fancy occasions. Beats looking like I'm still expecting!

I'd rather have excess skin and be able to move better and live longer. That's what I'm counting on, anyway, with 108 lbs more to go.

59F, dropped 85 lbs, started spring of '23. Most of it came off the first year. The last ten pounds took *forever*. I'd like to lose twenty more, but I'm good with my body now, so no biggie if it doesn't happen.

I've got extra skin, mostly around my middle, and a little on my upper arms. I'm lucky my legs look better than ever.

I started dating again. Had a couple of relationships. Both guys were really positive about my body.

Edit: I won't be having surgery.

Lost a hundred pounds. I used to be the guy who wouldn't take his shirt off. I still think of myself as "super obese" - I hate that term. I lifted my shirt in front of my doorbell camera to see what I really looked like. It's gonna take time to get used to being slimmer, but I can at least admit I'm making progress.

I've lost around 45 lbs, and I'm post-menopausal, mid-50s. Mine is less "papery" and more fatty. No surgery for me. I love how Jane Fonda describes it... taking off her Spanx and her belly "pours out like pancake batter."

Yep.

Down a hundred pounds and *really* noticing it now.

I'm trying to figure out what's loose skin and what's fat. I can kinda tell, but how much more do I need to lose before thinking about skin removal? Is this making sense?

Yeah, it makes sense. Honestly, it's tough to tell. A doctor can probably give you a better idea. I decided to pass on surgery myself.

I've heard some people talk about "Ozempic face," but honestly, I'll take it! I'm feeling way more confident and I'm even wearing less makeup now. Anyone else?

I'm with you! Months since I last wore makeup. I'm way happier with how I look!

I'm turning 70 soon, and I'm finding I look better with a bit more makeup now. My face has gotten thinner, and I'm seeing more wrinkles. It's a trade-off, I guess!
