Well, I've gone from 262 to 162. My original goal was 175-180, but I just kept losing weight, even in maintenance. I'm currently taking 5 mg weekly to manage my blood sugar and keep my insulin in check.

I've never really enjoyed dressing up for fancy events. At best, I just tolerated it and avoided the camera. But tonight? Tonight, I'm not just tolerating it – I'm absolutely LOVING how I look!

Isn't it the greatest feeling EVER?! Social gatherings used to trigger full-blown panic attacks for me. I can't even begin to count the times I've cried while getting ready for a party.

You look incredible! But the best part is the newfound confidence and self-love.

Totally! Congratulations!!! It's inspiring to see, and I hope you have a great time at the wedding. I'm down around 90 pounds myself and have a formal event next weekend. I know exactly what you mean.

I'm so happy for you. What's your maintenance strategy?

I feel that SO HARD. I'm down almost 80 pounds and the food chatter in my brain is *gone*.

OK, so I am not the only one noticing the side effects other than scale changes! I tried on an old bra the other day... HUGE difference. Like, the band size went down two settings!

That's a great point, Care_Free731. Finding the right balance for maintenance is key. Remember, it's not just about the number on the scale; it's about overall health and well-being. Keep monitoring your blood sugar and insulin needs, and adjust as needed. And congrats on the progress!

7 weeks in and had some skin sensitivity at 1.5mg, so I split it 1mg mon & fri instead. no more side effects and still losing — 17 lbs down since mid-feb.
