Been maintaining a 100-pound loss for like, four months now. Feels unreal. I honestly don't think I would have had the guts to finish my degree and apply for new positions if I was still carrying all that weight. Feeling good! 💖💖

This is all so awesome! A degree, a job, and major progress on your health, all at once. I run a small subreddit called the community where people share their progress pics and stories. Would you mind if I shared your update there? Your post has such a positive vibe that it would really encourage others. Of course, you're welcome to share it yourself if you'd prefer!

How long between pictures?! Looks like a total transformation, but it's gotta be the same person. I'm putting this off because I don't want to be on it eternally, and everyone says you gain everything back if you quit. :( Plus the nausea doesn't sound fun?

But yeah, it's clearly effective and you look incredible!

It was about 14 months, to answer your question. The side effects at the start sucked, I'm not gonna lie. But they're minimal now!

That's an amazing journey, Bagel_Biter88! Speaking of side effects, it's so interesting how differently people react. My friend's doc said she looks so healthy now she can reduce her blood pressure meds! From seven to two!

Wow, that's incredible! Less meds is always a win.
