Down a clothing size already!

Probably the Melanotan. Just feel off until you adjust. How's your diet though? Eating enough? Protein for muscle? Feeling terrible is common with weight loss because we're undernourished and the body pulls from us. Anything else going on, sick maybe?

missed wine on fridays after hard weeks but don't after a year. now i walk instead. always plan a sweet snack in my calories at night which helps. comfort eating is real—therapy helped too.

Vegetarian lunch prep: mix black beans, pinto beans, crushed tomatoes, basmati and quinoa. Add whatever spices you like. Splits to 5 days, about 590 calories and 31g protein. If you cook the rice and cool it you get resistant starch which means less calories absorbed and better fiber.

started eating on a schedule to help. easy to reach bedtime having only eaten like 500 cals. now i eat something every 2 hours even if i'm not hungry, protein shakes at breakfast and late afternoon, balanced dinner. lost over 100 pounds doing it.

Consistent weight training is key for holding muscle and bone while losing. Protein matters but it's not everything. Used to be fanatic about it pre-glp-1, now I can't stomach as much. Trying to be kind to myself. Still making gym gains.

pure weight's not a great measure cause different body sizes have different healthy weights. bmi works better and has problems too but it's solid enough for most people. comparing yourself to healthy body fat ranges or bmi targets is smart — getting there makes a real difference in how you feel.

just wanted to say - started at 328 and I'm down over 21 in five weeks now. the snoring and sleep apnea thing completely went away, which honestly feels like a bigger win than the weight. waking up actually rested instead of gasping at 4am. everything's shifting, labs look good. still getting used to this new baseline but yeah, the long view is paying off.
