Everyone mentions the possibility of facial changes with Ozempic, but honestly, I just see folks looking like they've turned back the clock! You looked good before, but now you're absolutely glowing!

Answering a few questions... I'm 5'8". Started back in November '22 around 235lbs, now I'm about 185. Got another 30 or so to go, but even now I feel so much better!
 
I've noticed that 50-pound mark really shows! I've seen a few people post about it... makes me excited to keep going! Congrats again!
 
You look amazing Lab-Dad! I hope I can get to ONEderland soon too! I started in January and almost down 50lbs, and under 200lbs for the first time in ages!!
 
stay on your dose if you're losing til you plateau. if you hit side effects and plateau stay anyway, moving up makes it worse. call your doc, tell them you're good at 2.5 and want another month there. some people stayed months. not worth rushing.
