Yeah, I'm curious about that too! I started a little while ago but haven't seen those kinds of changes yet. What was your starting dose, needle-shy?

What was your starting dose, needle-shy?

It's been a journey! I started at the lowest dose and very, very slowly increased it according to how I was feeling. Patience is key, I think. It took maybe a year and a half?

I'm two months in and only down like, 10-11 pounds. Seeing posts like this keep me going. Congratulations!
