Started around 235 lbs, and today I'm hovering around 135. About a year and two months total.

I seriously can't express how grateful I am to feel like I've turned things around. This has been an amazing ride.

Great work! Congrats on the discipline and sticking with it. Amazing results. Have you considered adding in any strength training exercises to help add some definition to your physique? You'd still slim down AND gain a more defined shape.

I agree with SnackSet. Some people might say you'll appear "too thin" if you drop another 40 pounds, but listen to YOUR body. If you're tall and carry weight evenly, it's a totally different story than a shorter person. I'm almost 5'10" and I get those comments all the time.

I'm thinking about getting some ink now that I'm losing weight. Not sure where to start. I'm so scared of getting a bad tattoo. How did you find your artist if you don't mind me asking?
