I was super unsure about starting this, had the prescription for ages before I actually used it. I really think the meds combined with hitting the treadmill and cutting way back on pasta/bread did the trick big time!

I made sure to keep the same clothes from when I started so I could do a before/after comparison. Check out the difference!

(And yes, I'm wearing a Doctor Who shirt. Sue me. 😜)
 
Thanks for all the support everyone! It really helps to keep me motivated. I'm thinking about setting a new goal for the summer.
 
I love seeing these kinds of posts! Gives me hope. I've only been on this journey for a few weeks, but I'm already feeling better.
 
I agree that seeing pictures can be so inspiring! I also feel like it's about more than just the weight...it's like, a whole new level of confidence. You can see it in the "after" pictures!

It's wonderful to see such positive results. Remember though, everyone's journey is unique. Some individuals may experience rapid weight loss initially, while others may see more gradual changes. The key is consistency and close monitoring by your healthcare provider. Also, ensure adequate hydration and monitor electrolyte levels.
