Down a LOT - what did you DO?!

Could you explain what you ate, and what exercise you did, please???

I want to drop a hundred pounds also. My health crashed, I went to the ER 8 times last year. I've never been this heavy or unhealthy. I’m normally around 150-160 lbs.

I would really appreciate any advice. I'm on Ozempic jabs. I’m at 1 mg weekly, but still feel hungry this week. What am I doing wrong??

Thanks for any help!

Dixie~

Congrats! We are at the same height and weight now, nearly at a normal BMI. I'm aiming to stay in the low 160s while lifting a lot, and I want to get off this stuff in the next 5 months.

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking?
I'm a 40 yr old woman, and trying to only lose 1-3 lbs each week to avoid extra skin. I have immune issues that could make skin surgery lethal for me, so I am really interested when I see people lose weight carefully!

I've lost about 20 lbs in the last 3 months, but have 100 more to lose. I'm hopeful with the skin thing, especially seeing cases like yours.

Besides age, gender, etc, is there anything else you suggest to minimize skin sagging while losing weight?

Thanks!
(Also, you look fantastic! Congrats!)

Thanks, everyone! I'm trying to reply to all of you.

I mostly ate high protein, lots of veggies, and small portions. I walked on the treadmill every day for at least 30 minutes, sometimes more. As for the Ozempic, I'm not a doctor, but maybe talk to yours about the dosage?

I'm 35. I also made sure to drink tons of water and use lotion every day.
