Down a Shirt Size!

I've never been able to wear a small or XS, and now I can! Still dealing with the mental game, though. Feeling good!

I'm in an XL now – a Small isn't in the cards for me, and that's fine. I'd be thrilled with a Large top and 'straight' sized pants.

Love hearing this!

I just squeezed into a large myself and am over the moon. Hoping for a medium eventually, but a small is probably not gonna happen. I'm just built big.

Congrats on your success!

Looking great! I hope you're enjoying the journey.

It was awesome at first for me, really killed the appetite, but it seems to have leveled off a bit.

Can you give me the details on your 0.5mg twice a week? How many mL or clicks each time?

That's fantastic! You look amazing!

I don't know if it's an old shirt, but fitting into smaller clothes is such a huge win. I love telling my partner, "I haven't fit into this in years!" 😊

You look great. I've been taking the shots for a month and I'm down about 13 pounds, but I'm still far from my goal. My current body is similar to your before picture and I want to get to where you are now. Did you work out at all? Did you cut out any specific foods, like fried stuff or sweets?

I'm hoping to make a similar post soon! I've been on my meds for three months and already dropped two sizes. I'm trying to focus on building muscle, too. Has anyone else been tracking body fat and muscle mass changes?

Sure thing. It's just half of the 1mg dose split into two shots. I find it helps with side effects.

It's interesting how much these meds can change your perspective on body image. I saw a post where someone said even though they looked amazing after losing a lot of weight, it didn't magically fix everything inside. It's a good reminder that it's about health first!

Just a reminder for everyone celebrating weight loss – even a 5% reduction in body weight can have significant health benefits, like improved blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Keep up the great work, everyone!
