Down a Size! 🎉

I've got a vacation coming up this summer and wanted a new outfit. Grabbed a couple of dresses thinking I was an XL, since I've lost around 50 pounds. Tried them on, fit great, and then I saw the tags - Large! I haven't been a Large since I was a teenager, like, 10+ years ago. I'm so excited I had to share! Next stop, medium!

I love hearing about NSV (non-scale victories)! I remember not being able to comfortably fit in the back of our minivan. Now I can slide right in lol.

Thanks, everyone! I'm feeling really good. It's more than just the size, it's how I feel. I even did something random, I got my old jeans in every size from 24 to 10 and they are hanging in my closet, it's fun to try them on and see how close I am!

I'm about a month in, and haven't really seen much change recently. I was losing fast at first, now it's almost nothing. Good to remember it's a marathon, not a sprint...

Morgan07 Many people find that the initial rapid weight loss slows down. It's important to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine in addition to the medication.

I had to stop after a couple of months. I was so sick all the time...nausea, constipation, just feeling awful. And the BO was terrible! Has anyone else had really bad side effects?
