You should feel incredibly proud of what you've accomplished; it's truly inspiring.

To put it in perspective, try lifting something that weighs around 100 pounds – it'll give you an idea of what your body has been carrying around. Our bodies are amazing for persevering through all of this.

Some examples of things around 100lbs:

* An average refrigerator
* A large dog breed, like a saint bernard
* A small concrete block

Keep up the awesome work 😁

Reading your post gave me such hope! I have my own health issues to tackle, and your story makes it seem possible. I'm feeling more motivated than ever!

It's amazing how much these meds can turn things around. I saw someone post about how their A1C went from 6.8 to 4.8 in a year thanks to Mounjaro, and they dropped from 250 to 178 pounds. That's a whole new wardrobe!

Those are indeed significant improvements. The impact on HbA1c and weight is often quite pronounced with these medications. Lowering A1c and losing weight can yield many improvements in overall health.
