Down almost 100 lbs!

My company got us new uniform polos, size XXL. I was worried it wouldn't fit, but a coworker convinced me to try it on, and it did! (The black shirt in the photos). I decided to take some comparison shots, especially of my face. I'm so happy I stuck with this. Started around 415, now at 319. Hope these pics give some motivation to anyone who's hit a plateau. This medication has been a blessing.

Congratulations! That's fantastic. Life-changing, indeed. I didn't fully understand 'food noise' until starting sema. Now I can actually focus during the day.
 
I had a similar experience today. Tried on a work shirt I thought would be too snug, but it fit well. Sometimes the scale lies! Great job, you look awesome!
 
Inspired by your progress. I've dropped about 25 pounds since starting in February. Didn't notice much until comparing photos. It feels great!
