Check out these before & after pics! The first two are from around Thanksgiving 2021, and the last one is from today. I started on Ozempic at the end of June '24.

Even Sir Tibbles is looking trimmer! It's great having more room for him on my lap, and it's awesome seeing changes in my face, even though I felt like my weight loss had really slowed down (thanks, holidays!).

Keep it up, everyone! Slow progress is still progress. We've got this!

I feel you on the slow progress! I've dropped maybe 30 something pounds since starting sema but sometimes I still feel huge. It's like I don't 'see' it unless I'm comparing pics side by side. Keep up the amazing work, @Toni80!

I totally understand the feeling of still seeing yourself as bigger, even after significant weight loss. I lost about 115 pounds, and it's still weird looking at older photos. It's like I didn't realize how big I actually was back then. The body dysmorphia is real!

Exactly! It's so strange. Thanks for sharing your experience. It's helpful to know I'm not alone in this.

One thing I've noticed in before/after photos (not just my own) is how much inflammation seems to resolve with weight loss. It's not just about the pounds, but also the overall reduction in puffiness and redness. It's like a total glow-up!
