Down another size! Whoop!

So, I was stoked when my pants size went down to a 14, then seriously hyped at size 12. Haven't been shopping for a while, so I figured my 12s were probably a little loose. Went to the store thinking I'd grab a 11... but then I tried on a size 10. WHOA! Single digits!

Thanks for posting! Just a quick reminder about the rules here. No discussing or sourcing unapproved drugs, and definitely no buying or selling meds. Watch out for DMs offering those things, they aren't endorsed here.

That's fantastic! I'm still rocking a size 18, my goal is definitely to get back to those single digits eventually!

Congrats! I'm out of plus sizes and into regular sizes now. Can't wait to get down to single digits again; it's been ages.

Amazing !!! I went from an 18/20 (sometimes even a 22 depending on the brand) down to a size 14. I actually cried in the dressing room when I tried them on because I couldn’t believe it.

I get that completely! It's like seeing a completely different person in the mirror.

For those of you seeing great results, are you also exercising regularly? Even just walking? And what about diet changes? Just curious what the overall lifestyle changes look like alongside the medication.

Personally, I've focused more on diet. The medication helps control my appetite, but I'm making conscious choices to eat healthier, and I'm finding that's making the biggest difference. Some light walks, but nothing major.

Just did my first injection last night! Fingers crossed. Trying to eat super clean - grilled chicken, rice, veggies, and Greek yogurt with a little honey. Trying to avoid feeling sick! So far, no nausea, woohoo!
