Down half my start weight -- wow!

I had a similar experience with some jeans! I was avoiding buying new clothes, but when my old ones started falling down, it was the best feeling ever!

Oh, the clothes thing is REAL. I had some jeans that were too snug a few months ago. Now they're practically falling off! It's a great problem to have though, right?

I agree with @sweating-it-out about the clothing thing.

It's definitely a "non-scale victory"!

No research supports tolerance developing to these meds. If you're not losing more, that's just the ceiling for your dose - not adaptation. Weight would go up if tolerance was real. Most drugs don't develop it anyway.

Was on Ozempic for like 4 years till Medicare cut their assistance. Took a month off, then started tirz. Started Ozempic at 385, ended at 230. Month off, jumped to 240, now at 250. My sister passed and I stress-ate hard. Wasn't getting appetite suppression so easy to overeat. Started Oz with A1c at 72, dropped it to 64 with discipline. Been watching blood sugar close on the faster dosing schedule.
