Down sizes like crazy!

Hey all! I'm 36f, 5'4". I weighed around 185 in August, a size 14/16, and when I started semaglutide in February, I was down to about 177… Now, I'm at 155 and just bought size 6 jeans!! SIX?! I'm recommending Gap high waisted jeans lol - very budget-friendly and flattering.

Thanks for posting! Just a reminder, we don't allow discussion of non-approved semaglutide, and no selling meds. Don't request or reply to private messages offering it. Check out the FAQ if you're starting.

I'm kinda doing the same thing. Was a 24W, now in a 16. Hoping for a 14 soon! Are you keeping the larger sizes "just in case"? I'm thinking of only keeping the ones with cool details. Thinking of trying tailoring!

That's fantastic; congrats!! Sorry to jump in, but I'm also 5'3" and at 145ish, still in a size 12! Sizes are confusing me because others weigh more but wear smaller sizes. I work out hard and eat enough protein!

I didn't realize how much I'd lost until I was crying in a store because a size 4 was a bit too big - I was wearing a size 10 when I walked in. Congrats!

Thanks!! I gave away my bigger clothes but bought the same straight leg style in 16 when I began this journey, then 14, 12, 10, 8 and now 6. It's going great!

Congrats! It's great to see how far you've come. I recommend Old Navy jeans too! I wore a size 14/16, and just kept buying smaller sizes. Now I'm in XS shorts!

I love this photo. I kinda wish I'd kept my larger sizes for the visual. I went from squeezed into 16s to comfy 8s. But I'm so dedicated to not gaining the weight back that I got rid of everything bigger than a 10.

This gives me hope! I'm the same height and starting size as you, and today is my first full week on sema

Thanks, everyone! Ant_Crew, the best part is having more energy and feeling comfortable in my body. I'm also lifting weights now to keep the muscle mass. It's been a game changer.

I'm struggling with body image still. I've dropped 55 pounds, but still need to lose another 30 to not be considered overweight. Does anyone else feel that way?

You look awesome! That's really common, though. Keep going!
