Down to the 170s on Zep!

Since college, my weight has been something I've fought with. I was up to 235-ish at one point. This morning, the scale read 178.7! Hard work at the gym and better eating habits have paid off. My blood sugar and liver are also doing great. Next up: 165.

Awesome! You're crushing it. My own progress has been kind of gradual, so hearing that yours wasn't super speedy either really encourages me! Thanks for sharing that! Huge congrats! ❤️

Fantastic work!! A huge difference, clearly! And what a change it makes to how you feel about yourself! It’s obvious in your smile!

Thanks everyone! You'll get there, wherever 'there' is for you! I started with Mounjaro, had to switch to Wegovy for a bit, then Zepbound when it became available. I've been adjusting my 'goal' downward as I go.

Congrats! When did you really start seeing results? I'm about to start my third month on 7.5mg and I'm so frustrated that it's not working. Even eating around 2000 calories, I'm hungry! Friends have told me 12.5mg was the turning point for them, but I'm curious about your experience.

It really varies from person to person. I know some people who respond at lower doses, and others who don't see much until they get up higher. Don't give up! It's also worth checking with your doctor to make sure there aren't other factors at play.

My car fits me better now! I'm down about 185 lbs, from like 425. I used to have the seat all the way back and still be squished against the wheel. Now there's a gap! It's the little victories!

That's a fantastic NSV (non-scale victory)! Those kinds of changes make such a difference in daily life.
