Efficacy loss after reconstituting

Started with a particular reta strength kit. About a month in, hit a stall. Before placing another order, a couple questions come to mind. How long after mixing does potency actually start dropping off? Worth switching to the lower strength kits despite the higher cost per dose? Thanks.

Probably grabbing a higher strength pen and just clicking down to whatever dose they actually needed. Not exactly a safe way to do it.

Grabbed a 20mg batch for 145, never actually come across 20mg kits before. Usually see 50mg kits going for around 140 instead.

Would your provider be open to prescribing a stronger strength so one pen stretches beyond a single month? Do exactly that myself with a higher strength pen while only taking a smaller portion of the total dose.

Started with 1mg twice weekly for the opening two weeks just to see how the body reacted. Moved to 2mg across the following fortnight, then followed the standard schedule from there. Response can vary a lot person to person. The first kit purchase got planned around an eight-week window per reconstituted vial, mainly to keep things fresh in the fridge that whole stretch. Worth mapping out a personal schedule ahead of time based on expected usage.
