Electrolyte drink mix faves?

LMNT chocolate caramel is my go-to. It's amazing mixed with coffee or as a warm chocolate drink. A nice alternative when I don't feel like something cold.

Zipfizz for me. I believe I get enough sodium from meals, and I don't need excess in a drink. The other nutrients and electrolytes in it are beneficial.

I've been adding some MIO sport drops to my water. Just be careful not to take too much potassium, it's not good for your kidneys!

consider starting with just one, living with it for a bit, then adding others one at a time. how else will you know what's working? more isn't better just cause the base med is good. i started with glp in august, switched jan, then waited 3 months before layering something else in to see actual results.

I'm enjoying Ultima refreshers a lot. They're available in single-serving packets similar to Liquid I.V., or in a container where you can measure out the amount you want. There are many wonderful flavors and assortment packs to choose from. I have some issues with migraines and artificial sweeteners, but this one doesn't bother me at all!

Cure is my favorite, hands down! I feel it tastes the best and hydrates me the most effectively. I was really into LMNT for a bit, but the saltiness became overwhelming.

I usually use LMNT, but I like the mineral ratios in Dry Water more - more potassium and magnesium and less salt. Since I'm not running a marathon anytime soon, I don’t need that much salt.

Has anyone had a hard time wanting to eat? I am a few weeks into the injections, and I'm feeling hungrier but have no desire to actually eat. I'm getting nauseous even thinking about food!

I've found that if I'm feeling a little nauseous, sniffing an alcohol wipe helps a bit. Try carrying a couple in your bag. Might help get past that 'blah' feeling.

New to the forum and new to peptides. Ordered a vial and plan to mix it with bac water, start real low for 4 weeks to see how I respond. Quick question: do most people here test their batch? I'm in the UK and haven't seen many testing groups. Anyone test or skip it?
