EpiPen - overkill or smart move?

Wondering if it's excessive to grab an EpiPen, just in case of a bad anaphylactic reaction. I saw a video where someone mentioned they had a reaction trying a compound for the first time. What's everyone's take? Is it too much, or just being prepared?

I got some generic auto-injectors. They were pretty cheap with insurance. Can't be too safe, just do what you feel is right. Honestly, it's a good idea to have them around for any kind of reaction, not just for peptides - think meds, food, all kinds of stuff.

So, first time doing an injection other than Reta, and wow, it stung! I did 14 units of a compound, and after a few seconds, there was blood and a little red circle around where I injected. Now there's a small lump. I took something for allergies, but I think I'm just having a reaction at the injection site? No other symptoms. Should I add more bac water to the vial?

There's also a nasal spray version of an epipen, Neffy. Might be worth looking into. Could be under $200, which is decent peace of mind if you're experimenting with different things.

I've been debating it. Especially after I had allodynia, and also when I had swelling in my mouth from something unrelated to peptides - super scary. But I keep going back and forth on when I'd use it, where to keep it, etc. I take antihistamines daily, and when I had that reaction I took extra and it calmed down in like half an hour. Been thinking about getting some training on how to use one, then getting one.

For those finishing up a cutting phase using Retatrutide - I would suggest to really watch your glucose levels. I've seen where some have had to adjust their doses of hydrochlorothiazide. Better safe than sorry!

That sounds like a typical injection site reaction. I get them sometimes. Ice it, maybe some benadryl cream. If it gets worse, see a doc, but it'll probably go away on its own.
