This might not actually be related to the second compound, sounds serious enough that I'd head to the ER honestly. Some genuinely severe conditions like cancer can cause overwhelming fatigue and body aches too.

Started five days ago myself and I'm exhausted too. Hoping this eases up soon. Already running low on energy due to a chronic condition, so this feels like a real setback right now.

Wow. You're literally the first one to confirm both of these for me! Wasn't sure it connected back to the second compound but I've got both of those same symptoms too.
