Extreme fatigue and emotional flatness since starting reta

Hi fellow peps,

Noticing a lot more of that flat, tired feeling lately, completely drained, extremely dry skin, and just a general sense of emptiness on top of it all.
There's already a therapist and doctor in the loop on this, but it's clearly ramped up since starting reta, sema never caused anything like this before.

Curious if anyone's dealt with something similar.
When did it start for you?
How bad did it get?
How's everyone coping with it?

Only answer if comfortable, no pressure at all.

Hmm.... my brain's pretty sensitive, probably undiagnosed ADHD too.
Only did sema off and on for a couple months since I didn't feel anything.
On tirz I went completely flat emotionally at the higher amounts, somewhere around 10-11 mg. Couldn't keep going with that. Everything felt colorless.
Then tried reta, (with Cagri handling food chatter) climbing up while easing off tirz, and it went fine for a stretch until I'd been at a higher reta dose for several months, 8 mg, and that same flat emotional state crept back in.
Also dealt with intense sugar cravings on reta. Tirz handled that side much better.
Dropped to 4-6 mg weekly for a long stretch, felt nearly okay, but that low mood gradually returned.
Had to quit three weeks back.
The heaviness lifted and my energy came back.
Along the way tried a few supplements, none of it helped though. Just pushed through it. Didn't matter for weight loss, exercise, sleep, none of that improved. Mostly just felt numb to everything.
Currently on cagri, waiting to try Elora. :)
Seems like some people tolerate the lower amounts just fine.

Anavar's been a game changer for beating my reta fatigue, already running test and growth hormone, but reta alone completely drained my drive and energy, couldn't push through workouts at all. Finally breaking past old personal records again now that it's added in. Feels like a solid short-term trick for keeping gym momentum alive while on a glp1.

Wouldn't want to run without reta, gh, test, or var at this point, though SLU-PP-332, O-304, and yohimbine feel like overkill to me.

Running a fairly high reta amount on a tighter-than-weekly schedule. Took a small sema dose as my very first shot ever and felt two to three days of the roughest I've felt this entire journey. Before that, the rough patch only ever lasted minutes, occasionally, when moving up a level. Currently on a small twice-weekly amount. Never got sick exactly, kept functioning normally, but definitely felt off.

It was rough enough that I pushed back my usual reta shot by a bit, visible if you're tracking the timeline closely.

Results vary a lot person to person, I expected to be taking that starter amount twice weekly. No regrets starting small, but for anyone prone to rough side effects, smaller and more frequent is probably the safer route. Take a starter amount, give it a few days, see how your body handles it, then adjust from there.
