Face changes after big weight loss?!

I'm 35, 5'4, started at 225. Down to 182 now but got as low as 172 at one point. Semaglutide combined with working with a nutritionist and consistent exercise did the trick - I started back in November 2023 and had to pause when I needed a medical procedure that August. Kept the weight off until an emergency came up last month, when I gained about 10 back. Total of 53 pounds down. Just got my first tirzepatide injection yesterday after putting those 10 pounds back on.
 
I put in serious work to drop the weight, and this forum is one of the few places I feel comfortable sharing photos to show what I've actually changed.
 
Yay congrats! I was doing the same with my rings, kept moving them around til they wouldn't even fit anymore. finally took them off and stuck them in a drawer. about 15 more lbs and I'll get them sized down but for now they're just sitting there. such a wild feeling honestly

i dont drink much anymore honestly. had a rough first few months this year and tried to go out and have some drinks with friends but after one i was just like ew this tastes awful lol. so thats definitely a win for my waistline and my bank account. i bought all these cute clothes thinking id wear them once i lost 20 or 30 pounds but i waited too long and they ended up being too big so i had to donate and sell them all. kind of sad because some were really cute and i never even got to wear them
 
Smart to check baseline numbers first - lipids, glucose, thyroid and the rest before jumping in. The GLP changes you see over a few months, especially beyond just weight, are what keep you going.
 
Sounds like you went through some real changes after dropping that much weight. Once you hit a goal like that, you fight like hell to keep it. That's the kind of motivation people need.
