That's really solid progress in a quarter of a year. Slow and steady wins the race. My provider over on Zappy reminded me early on that consistency beats speed.
 
I agree with VitaFixed885 - steady progress is key. It seems like people are often focused on dramatic changes, but consistency really makes the difference. I remember seeing someone post that their Zappy Health provider said, "the mirror can lie, but the camera never does."
 
I saw someone who lost a LOT more weight talking about face gains.
