Face gains after 14 weeks!

I was having trouble seeing any real changes, but then I put these pics side-by-side. The difference in my face is kinda wild! The first pic was taken around mid-May when they wanted a full body shot for something.

Starting Weight: 198 lbs
Current Weight: 163 lbs
Goal Weight: 135 lbs

I have! It's supposedly a somewhat common side effect. Make sure you're getting enough protein; some people find that helps.

Hair loss, or telogen effluvium, can sometimes occur with rapid weight loss, regardless of the method. Discuss with your doctor to rule out other potential causes and explore options like nutritional supplements.
