Hey everyone! So many great comments on my last post, I wanted to answer some of the common questions and share another face progress pic - I've dropped 130 pounds now!
The biggest question was about tips for beginners. It's tough because there's no easy button, but tracking my shots and weight religiously was a game-changer. I used an app called Glapp - super easy to use on my phone or computer, and it helped me see progress even when I felt stuck. Plus, tracking helped me learn how certain foods affected me. You can customize the dosages too.
Second tip: Protein first! Don't go crazy, but prioritize the protein on your plate. I often found I didn't even want the carbs after the meat/fish and veggies. Smaller portions, less bloat. Carbs first = plate cleared, major bloat later.
Third, and maybe controversial: No cheat DAYS. Occasional treats are fine – a square of chocolate, a few fries. But those weeks when I skipped my shot to indulge? Huge setback. If you're in no rush, that's one thing, but if you want results in about a year, maybe try this.
Oh, and I didn't exercise much, just chasing my toddler. I know, I know, not ideal. But I haven't lost noticeable muscle, and my tummy loose skin will prob need surgery eventually.
Ask away if you have more questions!
