Face slimming first, anyone?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Under two months in and already 16 pounds down, honestly you're doing great, maybe even a touch quick. Go easy on yourself and stay patient. It's totally normal for the effect to wax and wane while your body adjusts.

Lost 50 in about three and a half months and my face already looked way better by then. Rest came off slower after that, ended up at 100 total with no face issues at all lol.

Ran a solid calorie deficit through the first eight weeks purely from eating less as food noise faded. Noticed clothes loosening as my body shape shifted too. Still no actual weight change until hitting a stronger dose for a couple weeks straight.

What's your height? Personally dropped thirty pounds, from 220 down to 190, before actually noticing changes myself, since that's when it finally showed in my face. Standing at five foot ten. Actually all of that happened before even starting the medication.

My weight's always bounced around a lot, anywhere from roughly 115 to 176 pounds over the years. Even at my thinnest, my cheeks always stayed noticeably full. This time though, the shift showing up in my mirror lately has been dramatic. Whether that's age, how fast the weight came off, years of cycling up and down, or something else entirely, honestly no idea. This is genuinely new territory for me, and it's hard to sit with, considering that fuller, wider face shape always felt like something that set me apart.
