Facial changes - anyone else notice?

Inflammation drop when you're off shows how much these meds help beyond appetite. What'd you do to manage the joint stuff during that time off?

Rough spot to be in. Knowing what symptoms showed up and where you capped the dose helps figure out whether it's worth trying the other option or if the issue runs deeper.

started feb too, second dose of 0.5ml, lost about 2 lbs. been eating clean on deficit and 8-10k steps daily. my nurse looks sad for me 😅. pcos + diabetes, on metformin and just got added jardiance.

Always got black beans in my fridge—high protein, high fiber, super cheap (55 cents a pound, or 25 pound bag at Costco). Pair with broccoli and quinoa. For meat I smoke chicken thighs now instead of ground beef. Big thing: eat enough fiber on this stuff. That's what keeps your digestion working and kills most of the GI issues.

had a lot of fatigue first few weeks, cleared up after 4-6 weeks. eating a banana or some carbs before exercise and work helped.

you can't just take mounjaro and eat whatever. i had to change everything about how i eat. the med rewired my brain around food—stuff tastes different now. i eat way less, more satisfied. 100+ lbs in a year. maintenance dose works, still takes walking and real effort.

Only 2 weeks in and it's already working too well for me. Barely think about food. Then day 8 I woke up in a panic and just ate everything—crazy strong urge, felt primal. I've always binged, but this hit different. Way more intense than usual.

noticed that some foods suddenly became safe and others wreck me instantly. my doc said that kind of pattern shift is actually really common on these meds.

That's amazing progress. 10 weeks, 11 kg lost is really strong work. You'll see the body changes pretty quick. Just breathe, take it step by step, and appreciate the journey.
