Fake weight loss drugs?! 😳

Hong Kong Yanpep International
FYI, there's also a voluntary recall for some compounded injectables, including some common peptides, due to being out-of-spec. Just a heads up if you use them.

Brain lags behind weight loss sometimes. Was folding laundry and thought those jeans looked small - didn't register they were mine. You look amazing in that after pic, nothing chunky about it.

Hexagonal relates to how users of semaglutide and tirzepatide also experience lean tissue loss. Major pharmaceutical companies are studying ways to prevent that loss in future generations. At your age (25), the secretagogue drugs might do nothing besides help you sleep since your growth hormone output is still quite high. Those of us older are basically chasing your natural GH amounts.

i do mine friday night after dinner, just in case i feel rough over the weekend. first shot hit pretty hard overnight actually

One dose and then explosive diarrhea for a month and needing IV fluids is the severity that comes from unknown adulterant compounds rather than the medication itself not working. The OP's thread about fake GLP-1s is the reason source matters beyond just efficacy - counterfeit products aren't inert, they're actively dangerous. That case is a real example to point to.

Local coverage where I live pulled the exact same stunt. Except they didn't stop at calling it dangerous, they tacked on fake too. Headline literally read something like 'Dangerous counterfeit GLP-1 medicine' before they'd even run tests on it. Cracked me up reading down to where the article eventually admitted the sample they bought turned out to be neither fake nor dangerous, however...
