FDA squeezing compounding pharmacies?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
the FDA regulatory activity on compounded peptides is moving faster than most people who aren't following it closely realize - the sequence of moves since late 2025 has been narrowing the window for compounded versions of brand-name drugs specifically, and the practical impact on availability is real and ongoing. the community is a faster source of updates on what's actually accessible than any official announcement cycle

Don't think this touches compounded meds directly, since both the third and dual-action medications are FDA-approved and sourced through a properly regulated compounding pharmacy (setting aside the separate question of whether any pharmacy should even be compounding either one). Otherwise these pharmacies wouldn't be able to compound anything at all here. Haven't seen any telehealth providers pulling out of the state yet, and this news has been out for weeks already.
