Feeling great on this journey!

I've dropped about 85 pounds in the last year and a half and still seeing progress. My starting weight was around 315, and I'm currently around 230, give or take. I was much heavier before gastric bypass surgery back in '09, like 420 at my highest. For the pros: I'm not winded as easily, I'm noticing general health improvements beyond the weight, and my self-esteem is improving. The cons: My brain still sees me as a much larger person, and picking out clothes that fit now is a challenge.

That's fantastic!!!! I'm currently down to 295 from a starting weight of 333. It's a gradual process, but your journey is giving me hope. Keep up the amazing work. I'm hoping to be where you are around my one-year mark next winter, or even sooner.

I started about eight weeks ago, and I've dropped about 15 pounds. This is giving me so much encouragement to stick with it! I can't believe I waited so long to start.

It's great to see such positive results. Remember to consult with your doctor about managing any potential side effects and to ensure safe and effective usage of your medication.

How wonderful! I adored the photo of you in the silk! Are you practicing Aerial Yoga? I used to do it and absolutely loved it.
No, believe it or not, that was just at a festival, and someone had set up a neat little silk hammock. I just had to try it!
