Feeling great!

Just wanted to share! I've been taking Mounjaro since around spring of last year, so about 13 months. I've gotten rid of around 60lbs since my last doctor's visit. I try not to check my weight too often because it can be disappointing, you know? I'm aiming to lose maybe 15 more, but I'm already so happy with how I look and feel. Hoping this inspires others!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! To answer some questions at once: I'm 5'6". As for diet, I mostly try to make better choices—more protein, less processed stuff. No crazy workouts, just trying to walk more. Right now I'm on 10mg.

It's awesome to read about people hitting their goals! I remember a while back, I had a pair of jeans that were way too tight. After being on sema for a couple months they fit perfectly! It's such a good feeling.

I do the same thing! I keep a pair of jeans that are a size smaller than what I wear now so that I can try them on!

I love hearing about these journeys! I have a favorite wrap that I hadn't been able to wear for over a year. It still had the knot tied in it where I had to cinch it to fit my waist. I tried it on recently after being on Mounjaro for a similar amount of time as you Izzy30, and it fit perfectly again!
