Feeling great!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
woohoo. try to let the resentment go and focus ahead. you've crushed this. started maintenance a month ago and packing my big stuff away for a year. feeling confident i'll keep it off so i'm ditching them after that.

Hey fellow tall person! I'm at a higher starting weight but your photos give me real hope for what I could achieve if I stick with it. Glad you're doing so well.

It's amazing when you can drop a size. Going down from 3XL was my turning point, now getting close to XL and won't stop until I get there. Nice progress.

13 months and 60 lbs is the full-year pattern - the spring start puts you at maintenance heading into summer.

sorry to hear. some people get hit with that side effect harder. you might ask about wellbutrin — could offset what tirz is doing to your mood

60 lbs in 13 months is a strong result. The community knowledge base matters most for people just starting.

15.5 in two months at 5mg is a solid start. 13 months of results in the OP is exactly what you want to read when you're just beginning. Keep going.

Being open about it actually does a lot more good than staying quiet. The people around you who are struggling see a real example rather than a mystery result, and that normalizes asking for medical help instead of grinding through something that isn't working. The medication doesn't do less for you because you talked about it.

100+ lbs over five years of effort before adding the medication is actually the harder road. Mounjaro accelerating what you'd already built toward is a different starting point than someone who jumps straight in. How has the experience compared to what you expected?

16 months is enough time to actually know what the medication is doing versus what you imagined going in. The mental shift where it stops feeling like the main event and just becomes part of the routine is usually when things stick long term. What does the current picture look like?

Feeling so much better these days! No longer having to push meals down out of obligation, genuinely craving healthy food now, and still feeling really satisfied by whatever actually gets eaten.
