Feeling like a brand new me!

Still really enjoying it. Feels fresh and new, and I'm okay with that energy even if it sounds cliche. My last weight loss attempt was strict WFPB, felt restrictive. I like calling this a journey instead.

Found what was missing - the right medication. You'll get used to it like any other health condition. Side effects are trade-offs but worth it when the alternative was worse. Congrats on getting there.

Used to be that person at big gatherings, feeling awkward and holding back. Since starting this last July that's basically gone. Talk to strangers, way more confident overall. Didn't register it at first but the longer it went on the more obvious it became. Haven't looked back since. Feels like a whole new version of myself.

The 7.5 beast phase is where suppression peaks - the nausea and fatigue tend to pass, but the appetite effect is what stays.

The plateau break is where the identity shift lands - the scale resuming is secondary to what the body and mindset feel like after a stall.
